University Expert Title
Due to the current demands of the sports centers, this year we have incorporated a new training within the framework of the UMH’s own studies, the University Expert Course in Directed Activities in the Field of Fitness and Wellness.
The Expert course consists of 9 advanced courses in the area of Fitness and Wellness, where at the end of each course the corresponding certification is delivered and at the end of the 9 courses the certificate of the expert course is delivered.
The advanced courses are:
• Activities directed in the aquatic environment
• Fitness directed activities
• Indoor cycle
• Design, planning and management of sports centers
• Suspension training
• Fitness monitor and body room
• Nutrition in fitness
• Pilates level I
• Pilates level II
Price:
• Reduced € 860
• Extended € 1290
• Normal € 1720
The reduced rate is for: students of the UMH, students of CAFD of the UA, solidarity card and TAFAD.
