Course of improvement Indoor Cycle, II Edition
Next Friday, May 4, the Indoo Cycle, 2nd Edition, begins, where students will learn to plan and direct collective sessions on static bicycles to the rhythm of music, adapted to the user’s level, as well as learning about and using programs computers to mix songs and create indoor cycle sessions.
All the knowledge acquired in the theoretical part will be implemented in the practical stays that are carried out in the directed activities of the UMH.
