Start Pilates Course Level II


The next weekend of February 23 and 24 begins the Pilates Level II course, where you can learn and apply the principles of the Pilates Floor Method with implements and in special populations.

We will learn to teach classes with auxiliary materials such as: the fit ball, flexband, magic circle, miniball and dumbbells
